A dream for a quiet battle…
ROW Well Co. is a Connecticut-based nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to holistic wellness and mental health services for individuals navigating life’s most challenging circumstances. We believe healing extends beyond medical treatment and should include emotional, psychological, social, and physical well-being.
Founded by licensed clinical social worker and oncology social worker Samantha Aldridge, ROW Well Co. was created to address the significant emotional and psychosocial gaps experienced by cancer patients and survivors. While advances in medicine continue to improve survival rates, many individuals complete treatment without adequate support for the anxiety, grief, identity changes, isolation, and uncertainty that often accompany the cancer experience.
Our mission is to provide accessible, evidence-informed wellness programming that empowers individuals to heal beyond their diagnosis and build fulfilling lives after cancer.

Embracing Wellness:
An 8-Week Group for Individuals Impacted by Cancer
Cancer affects more than your physical health, it can also impact your emotions, relationships, identity, and overall well-being. Embracing Wellness is an eight-week virtual psychoeducational group designed to help individuals navigate the emotional challenges of cancer through education, practical coping skills, and supportive connection.
Led by an oncology social worker and cancer survivor, each session explores topics such as anxiety, fear of recurrence, body image, grief, relationships, stress management, and life after treatment. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies while connecting with others who understand the cancer experience.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or navigating survivorship, this group offers a compassionate space to build resilience, foster healing, and care for your emotional wellness.
